We’re located just off Airport Road near Airport and Nelson Rd in Meadowview Center. Free parking is available onsite for all patients. Easily accessible from North, Central, and South Longmont.

Dr. Jani is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon focused on sports medicine and orthobiologics. Expect a thoughtful exam, on-screen review of your imaging, and a clear plan that may include activity modification, targeted therapy, bracing, injections (PRP/BMAC), or when needed, surgery.
